- Antibiotics- Clarithromycin, Azithromycin, Telithromycin and Erythromycin
- Drugs to cure Psychiatric disorder - Chlorpromazine, Droperidol, Haloperidol and Mesoridazine.
Contraindications of Rivotril 2 mg
Under some medical condition Rivotril 2 mg should not be given;
- Rivotril is strictly contraindicated in pregnant women because it causes some unwanted effects on unborn baby.
- Rivotril 2 mg should not give to those patients who are hypersensitive to Clonazepam.

Dosage and Method of administration of Rivotril 2 mg
The dosage of Rivotril 2 mg is mentioned below;
- For the treatment of seizure prophylaxis and bipolar disorder - The initial dose of Rivotril is 1.5 mg divided into three doses within 24 hours. Dosage of Rivotril may increase up to 0.5 mg to 1.5 mg every 3 days until seizures are sufficiently controlled. The maintenance dose of the patients depends upon the response of the individual patients. The maximum dose of Rivotril is 20 mg within 24 hours.
- For the treatment of Panic disorder- The initial dose of Rivotril is 0.25 mg. The maximum dose of Rivotril is 4 mg within 24 hours. The dose may be increased up to 0.125 to 0.25 mg until panic disorder is controlled. It should be administered with a glass of water.
