How Priligy acts on our Body ?

Priligy is a powerful selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Human ejaculation is mainly mediated by sympathetic part of central nervous system. The pathway of the ejaculation starts from the spinal reflex in spinal cord, which is mediated by the brain stem. This process is initiated by a number of nuclei in the brain.Since the mechanism of action of priligy is still not clearly found by the scientists, they just presumed that the action of the drug is associated with the inhibition of the neuronal reuptake of serotonin and increases the potetiation of neurotransmitter at the pre and post synaptic receptors. So this whole process acts on the seminal vesicles, prostate, bulbo-urethral muscles and at the neck of the bladder, which is responsible for their contraction in a well co-ordinated manner to ejaculate at the right time. Thus, priligy improve and maintain a satisfactory ejaculation.
