• It can react with Monoamine oxidase inhibitor and causes the symptoms like hyperthermia, rigidity, delirium and coma.

• This medicine does not cause any adverse with PDE5.

According to the research, this medicine has no side effect up to the strength of 240mg(120mg, given twice in a gap of three hours). Some time you may develop some symptoms like:

• Nausea and vomiting

• Tachycardia or increased heart rate.

What are precaution you should take for Dapoxetine?

• Do not take this medicine in combination of ketamin, diethylamine. Using these drugs along with it can cause dizziness, arrhythmia. So avoid driving any vehicles after taking this drug.
