How does stendra Work?
Stendra comes under the group of a selective inhibitor of PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type-5) enzyme. phosphodiesterase type 5 enzymes are present in the spongy tissues called corpus covernosum in men’s penis. When a person takes this medication, the active ingredient Avanafil begins to working by enhancingthe bloodcirculation in the male penile region and stops the exit of the blood flow. It stimulates the formation of nitric oxide and stops the synthesis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).This will result in the smooth muscle relaxation which causes more blood flow to the penis and lead to an improved erection. Again, when the cGMP is disintergrated by the influence of some other enzymes, it makes the arteriesback to normal size and lead to blood flows out from the penis ending the erection.
